In the cooperative/ mutual insurance model, boards of directors make critical decisions that determine the success or failure of the business. What are the key areas boards of directors need to be prepared for to ensure success? This half day seminar will focus on helping both board leaders and senior executives understand unique governance challenges facing cooperative and mutual insurers, including decision making processes, investment strategy, strategic planning and other related topics.
